The meeting was organized in Macomer, Sardinia, Italy between 13th-17th of March 2023.It was atended by 24 foreign participants from the partner countries as follows:
- Romania- 2 teachers and 4 students
- Turkey-Izmir – 2 teachers and 4 students
- Turkey ( Antalya) -2 teacher and 4 students
- Poland – 2 teachers and 4 students
Italy as a host also participated with  teachers  and  students. 
The aim of the LTTA meeting in Italy  was to bring both teachers and students involved in this project together from 4 different countries in order to build a working team. During the  process the team members discovered each other culture and specific habits making this a multicultural experience. 
The theme of C5 was “First we need clean water as a necessity for health". Before the meeting, the partners discussed and established the details in compliance with the communication plan of the project. The meeting programme was drawn up in such a way to find the meeting’s requirements and the project’s prerequisites.
The participants built a deep understanding of the importance of the clean water for human and animal health.

In the fifth project`s meeting-C5 the students were involved in activities in which they had the chance to study the role that clean water has on life in general and health in particular. Students  improved their communication skills; learned useful key skills in the education like: team spirit abilities, collaborating and doing productive work together with other for reaching a common goal, starting from their own ideas. On the other hand also the teachers who participated increased their level of communication skills and the awareness of other cultures. They also improved their level of knowledge about the water sources, the importance of clean water and sweet water.
